Due to the intimate nature of jewelry and strict health and safety regulations, Elite Body Piercing can only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure your jewelry remains in its original sterile packaging to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, tamper-evident vacuum seal and has not been worn or tried on.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Securely place the sealed item in its original box and use a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our processing center using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
